How to Order

Where We Deliver

We deliver and install throughout Bismarck, Mandan, Lincoln, and surrounding communities.

Delivery and installation are included at no additional charge within 10 miles of our Bismarck, ND location.
Beyond 10 miles, a travel fee of $2.00 per mile applies to each mile past the first 10.
Your travel fee is calculated and confirmed with you before your order is finalized. There are no surprises after the fact.

How Delivery Works

You contact us to place your order. We confirm the product, the total, and if applicable, the travel fee.
You pay a 50% deposit to secure the order.
We order your product from our supplier.
When we receive the estimated shipping date, we contact you to schedule your delivery and installation window.
Our team delivers, assembles, installs, and places your furniture where you want it, and removes the packaging.
The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery or installation.

Timelines

Typical time from order to installation is 2–3 weeks, depending on supplier stock and freight schedules. Custom and special-order items take longer and are quoted at time of order. If you need it sooner, we can discuss options at that time.

All timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, supplier backorders, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If something slips, we will tell you as soon as we know.

Your Delivery Appointment

Please make sure that:

An adult 18 or older is present for the entire appointment window
The delivery path and destination room are clear of obstructions
Pets are secured
Parking is available for our vehicle
You have confirmed the product will fit through your doorways, hallways, stairwells, and entry points — see our installation and site requirements.

Inspection at Delivery

Your furniture ships to us and we will inspect it for shipping damage. If it can be assembled prior to delivery, we will deliver your products already assembled , if not it will be assembled on site. We will let you know at time of order.

Before we leave, we walk through the finished piece with you.
