Free Shipping Nationwide
Shipping is free on every order to addresses in the contiguous United States. Each order ships by the fastest, most reliable method for its size and weight:

  • Small parcel: Most items under 150 lbs ship by FedEx or UPS.
  • Freight: Larger, heavier items ship by freight carriers that specialize in oversized furniture. At delivery, inspect your order and note any damage on the carrier's paperwork before signing.

Most orders ship within 48 hours and arrive in about 7–10 days. Some larger freight items can take up to 3 weeks. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with an expected delivery date. All timelines are estimates. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers, supplier backorders, weather, or other circumstances outside our control, but we'll tell you as soon as we know about one.

Local Delivery, Assembly & Installation
In Bismarck, Mandan, Lincoln, and surrounding communities, we can deliver, assemble, and install your furniture. Add Delivery, Assembly & Installation to your order at checkout, or contact us afterward and we'll set it up.

  • Your order ships to us. Depending on the item, we assemble it in our warehouse and deliver it fully assembled, or assemble it in your home or office in the room of your choice.
  • Once we have the estimated arrival date, we contact you to schedule. Typical time from order to installation is 2–3 weeks.
  • Our team delivers, assembles, installs, places your furniture, and removes the packaging.
  • The delivery, assembly & installation fee is paid at checkout with your order. Any travel fee (below) is collected separately.
  • Beyond 10 miles, a travel fee of $2.00 per mile applies to each mile past the first 10. We'll confirm it with you before scheduling.

Your Delivery Appointment
Please make sure that an adult 18 or older is present for the whole window, the path and room are clear, pets are secured, and parking is available. Also confirm the product will fit through your doorways, hallways, and stairwells (see Installation & Site Requirements).

Inspection
For installed orders, we inspect your furniture for shipping damage when it arrives at our warehouse. If there's any damage, we'll let you know right away and handle the replacement.

Rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. There is no charge to reschedule.

Old Furniture Removal
We can haul away your old furniture. It's quoted separately from the assembly and installation fee.

Title and Risk of Loss
For shipped orders, title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers. For installed orders, they pass to you once installation is complete and you've accepted the finished product.
