Installation & Site Requirements

Getting an install right depends as much on your space as it does on the product. Here is what we need from you, and what we handle.

Measurements

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements unless we perform an on-site measurement as part of a consultation. If we measured it, we own it. If you measured it, please double-check before ordering.

Access

Before your product arrives, please confirm it will fit through every point on the path to its destination:

Doorways and door swings
Hallways and corners
Stairwells and stair turns
Elevators
Entry points, including gates and thresholds

Product dimensions are listed on each product page. Measure your tightest point, not your widest. If you are unsure, send us photos and measurements and we will check it with you.

If a product cannot be brought in, delivery is still considered complete and our Refund Policy governs what happens next.

Wall and Structural Requirements

Murphy beds, wall beds, cabinetry, shelving, wall panel systems, and anything else that mounts to a wall must attach to structural framing or another suitable load-bearing surface.

We will assess this on site. If your walls require modification — blocking, backing, framing repair, or relocating utilities — we will tell you before we proceed and additional charges may apply. We will not mount a wall bed to something that will not hold it.

Site Conditions and Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by construction schedules, utility conflicts, inaccurate information provided to us, supplier delays, or weather.

Ordering Your Furniture

Furniture and product orders are placed and paid in full directly through our website. Pricing includes shipping, so there's no separate shipping charge or deposit for the product itself — your order is confirmed and submitted for shipping as soon as checkout is complete.

Delivery, Assembly & Installation

In the Bismarck-Mandan area, we offer one flat service fee per item that includes delivery, assembly, and installation: $149, $299, or $399 depending on the item. The fee for each item is shown on its product page and is charged once per item ordered. To add it, click Add to Cart with Delivery & Assembly on the product page; the fee is added to your cart as its own line and paid at checkout along with your furniture. You can also contact us directly.

Once we receive the estimated ship date for your order, we'll contact you to schedule your appointment. No deposit is required. If your address is more than 10 miles from Bismarck-Mandan, a travel fee of $2.00 per mile applies, which we'll confirm with you before scheduling.

Free Consultations and Estimates (Custom Projects)

For custom-scoped work — wall panel installs, property services, commercial jobs — we offer complimentary consultations. A consultation may include site evaluation, product recommendations, material samples, preliminary measurements, and a written estimate.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Pricing may change if project scope, measurements, materials, labor requirements, or site conditions change after the estimate is issued.
No work begins until we have a written agreement and, if applicable, a required deposit.
For custom projects requiring special-ordered materials, a deposit of 50% of the project total may be required before we order materials — this will be confirmed with you upfront and is separate from any furniture you purchase through our online store.
